<p><p><b>Description : </b><br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using PHP, Laravel, or other frameworks.<br/><br/></p><p>- Drive full-stack development, including backend, frontend, database, and API integrations.<br/><br/></p><p>- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.<br/><br/></p><p>- Review code for quality, performance, security, and scalability, ensuring adherence to best practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into </p><p>technical specifications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.<br/><br/></p><p>- Ensure proper database design, optimization, and query performance.<br/><br/></p><p>- Lead DevOps-related tasks, including deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure management (AWS, Azure, or equivalent).<br/><br/></p><p>- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development </p><p>environments.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to drive innovation and adoption in projects.<br/><br/></p><p>- Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery management.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Experience :</b></p><p><br/></p><p>- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.<br/><br/></p><p>- 6+ years of professional experience in PHP and full-stack web development.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter, etc.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience in frontend technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, ReactJS, Angular, or </p><p>Vue.js.<br/><br/></p><p>- Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and design patterns.<br/><br/></p><p>- Experience with database systems : MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.<br/><br/></p><p>- Hands-on experience in API design, integration, and microservices architecture.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices.<br/><br/></p><p>- Strong experience in version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of unit testing, automated testing frameworks, and code quality tools.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Proven experience leading a technical team and managing project delivery.</p><p><br/></p><p>- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.<br/><br/><b>Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :</b></p><p><p><b><br/></b></p>- Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, or SaaS applications.<br/><br/></p><p>- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.<br/><br/></p><p>- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.<br/><br/></p><p>- Familiarity with cloud security best practices and server optimization</p><br/></p> (ref:hirist.tech)
